I started APU 2 years ago as a transfer student from UOP. First, the school's online environment (classroom) sucks, no joke. UOP became too expensive and I could not handle 'learning teams'.

I have many co-workers attending UMUC, NEU, UOP, Kaplan, etc. All agreed, APU's environment was whacked.... and when attending school online, it makes a big difference. On the other hand, the school is affordable and I am able to take classes without out of pocket expenses using tuition reimbursement through my employer.
