So far I have not had many issues with Ashford. I am a very persistent person and I love a good battle. The first issue I had with the school was regarding my transfer credits. They told me X number of credits would transfer but then changed it when my review was complete and I had already taken two classes. I politely found the current person to speak to about my credit and got that issue taken care of. I was charged the wrong amount but contacted the financial aid office and got that taken care of. I was due a refund check and I felt that it was taking longer than expected, so I phoned financial aid back and within the week I had my balance. 

I think the object with any school or business in life is to be persistent and take the extra steps to resolve an issue. No one is perfect and like every school, there are flaws. You either want an education or you don't and you either are going to buckle down and complete your degree or continue to complain and use it as an excuse for not completing your education. Be adults and either get ready for school or continue to complain about everything.
