Ok well first off the customer service is horrible I took the graphic design course and received 4 books . Two the size of a small magazine. Very hard to understand and when you call to speak to a teacher you never will. You will get customer service reps who tell you to Google the answer . So I decided to cancel. I was told that I could cancel on a payment plan since my husband just deployed to Iraq but they never made a note of it and when I contacted them about this they threaten me with collections when I have never missed a payment and want topay it off . Oh and of you change your mind you will get charged 225.00. This school is horrible they don't respond to online questions either and when they do its not Much help. Only good thing is the price bit I guess you get what you pay for. Take my mistake as a learning experience and take your business elsewhere.

I have been enrolled for an entire year at Ashworth in the web development program. I for the most part have had my ups and downs with Ashworth. At the beginning I was disspointed because I felt like they had forgotten about me however I received my books and began to get the hang of the college. After that things have become easier. It always tough in the beginning.

Well, let's see, I can't even get my foot in the door at this joke of a school! I called to inquire more in-depth info about the website design program here as I was attending a diff school for this & had to change schools as that school was wasting my time & $ & what was supposed to be a 9 month program, was turning into nearly 2 years!!! So, I called Ashworth & wanted to know some more details other than what the site & course catalog explained, & was told by an admissions advisor that I couldn't get more info unless I was a student. WTF?! I told him I'm not enrolling just to find out it's not right for what I want, & then have to back out & then go elsewhere, but he told me it was the school's B.S. policy. I asked to speak w/someone in charge at the school, & after being on hold for 5 mins., he basically connected me to his supervisor which told me the same crap. I asked would you rather have actual students enrolled who are happy there & have all the info up front to make the right decsion, or turn them away because you cannot answer their questions? He told me the admissions dept. could answer any questions I had. I told him my experience has been that most adm. dept. people will tell you whatever you wanna hear to get you enrolled & then you find out later: "Well, I don't know who told you that about this place, but it's wrong!" :o Don't go here! If the catalog doesn't explicitly tell you all you need to know-(which is does not)-about what you're wanting to go to school for, then chances are, you will find out the hard & expensive way that it's all wrong for you! & BTW, my former school was the (A.I.)Art Institute of Pittsburgh, Online. Don't waste your time there either! The A.I. should stand for Arrogance & Incompetence! I spoke w/SEVERAL people from other schools who said that they had students come there that had been at the A.I., w/the same probs I had, & this was before I even told them what school I had been at & what happened to me. All I said was I was at a diff school, & it was a waste of time & that I now needed to start all over again! I am STILL searching for a decent school to finish my website design schooling! Any suggestions? From any who've actually graduated from one, & have had a good experience there that is? If so, please let me know! Thanks! __ERIC
