I am currently pursuing an AS in Criminal Justice. I have just completed my second semester. Being able to take your tests whenever you choose and get your grades instantly is priceless.
I have gotten a response within 48 hours whenever I emailed a question to the service dept. I have not attempted to contact any of the professors so I cannot comment on that.
The delay in shipping materials is an area that should definitely be improved. You have to wait approx. one week for each shipment.
The other area that needs improvement is the mandatory graded assigments. You have to wait at least four, yes four weeks to get your grades on the assigments and you cannot proceed in your program until they are graded. Other than those items mentioned above, overall the program is good for the cost.
