I have currently completed 4 classes within the BSCJ program and I have to say I am very impressed by the books and instructors in all classes. FYI-lecture notes are no longer required to be purchased and when I enrolled under the prepayment plan, my lecture notes were given to me free of charge. Actually, they do not provide the amount of info you can get in the book. So do not bother with them. ...

I must say I have had a wonderful experience thus far with my Criminal Justice program. I have been in law enforcment 17 years and the books and instructors have been very effective. The staff at Aspen have always returned my emails quickly and respectfully. The discussion board for Independent learners is new, but honestly it hasn't been that burdensome.
