Description
The Master of Arts in Leadership program is comprised of courses and assessments, which encourage individual thought, synthesis of group contribution, assimilation of practical and theoretical teachings. Its mission is to combine leadership philosophy, derived from great leaders and their writings, with concepts and theoretical models of organizational leadership. The ultimate goal of this graduate degree is closely tied to its mission, in that students will develop and recognize their own unique style, role and general philosophy of leadership

I will graduate with my Master of Leadership from Bellevue in January of 2009. I attended Bellevue for my undergrad and graduate degrees and they have continuously improved the online learning environment. The online format is challenging - yet rewarding for those who are disciplined to devote the necessary time! The cost benefit of the BU program compared to other big name programs is incredible.
