I looked into Benedictine and the costs at $2000 a class was just too expensive. There are six regionally accredited agencies that grant accreditation to schools and I found a much more affordable alternative at Fort Hays State University in Fort Hays, Kansas. I am a virtual student who lives over 2,000 miles away from their actual campus and have experienced nothing but good things there. Fort Hays is regionally accredited by the exact same agency as Benedictine and only charges $500 a class for undergrads and $675 a class for grad students. I never enrolled at Benedictine because of the cost, so I am not sure how great or how bad the school may be. However, cost is a deciding factor in this economy and Fort Hays is a much better choice in this respect.

I really enjoyed the first few courses. The work was challenging, but worth it. I has one teacher who was rude, not sure how that works when I am paying your salary.

Then I had a biostats course with very little support, crazy grading habits and just an overall bad experience. I think it is time to move on. I really thought this school would have a better program.

I also didn't like the antiquated technology.
