The on line courses are well designed. Bismark is in the business of making money however. Credits offered to meet the basic math requirement for example are not awarded having completed Calculus-1 and 2 at another college. Also and most important, the advisors advocate the on-line concept in its entirety. You are mostly on your own for guidance. They give phone numbers but are rarely available and dont return calls.
