Does anyone have experience with the Ms in Banking and Financial Services? What are the thoughts on Met College as a division of BU as opposed to the business school?

This college is top tier. Its reputation is beyond reproach and speaks for itself. The online format is superb and the staff is greatly involved in the progress of its students.

Currently in an online program at BU. While the college (brick and mortar) may have a good reputation, the online program is not deserving. For 3000/class I expect updated material, professor interaction 24/7, and a lot of interaction (live chats, video class rooms, etc). Instead you get copy and pasted power point presentations for lecture notes, professors that may or may not communicate with you prior to the exam and WILL NOT talk to you after the exam, and the only interaction is a discussion board that is more like mini APA formatted papers that is moderated by a facilitator (not the professor). Most single classes have at least 150 students in them, which translates into a cash cow for BU. BUT, if you are looking for an easy program where you need any master's degree I would recommend them (especially if your employer is footing the bill). They have a 80/20 rule (80% will get B, 20% will get A) which pretty much guarantees you a degree as long as you do something.
