Not valid in the US, or for advancement in pay as a teacher in the US.  I completed the MBA program, submitted it for reimbursement / and advancement, and was confronted by the administration at my school, who denounced me for trying to deceive them.

Needless to say, not on my resume, not useful for anything related to employment.  

On the upside, not challenging, and read a few interesting, entry-level business books.
