Description

The MS in Computer Science is earned by taking 30 units via videotaped, live online, or archived online courses. Each semester, five Computer Science courses are offered live online. A five-year cycle of courses is established to allow students to make long-range plans to earn a degree in Computer Science from CSU, Chico. Originally created for employees of corporate partners, the program now services students around the world. This program offers the convenience and flexibility of self-paced classes, allowing students up to six months to complete a course. The program is designed to accommodate working students to help them reach their educational goals.

The CSU Chico website indicates that the distance degree programs in computer science, BS and MS, have been suspended. Individual distance courses are still available. Date of this comment: 1/07/09.
