The Post-Master's Certificate is a new offering within the NCRP department at CSU. Although it was not easy to get into the program in terms of meeting specific requirements, I would say that it is so far a very friendly liberal arts college program. In general, the school looks at a wide range of educational and work background to determine placement / acceptance.
