I attended 10 years ago, so Tech, wasn't an issue. There was new technology, but none used in my class. just an instructor and a book. and about 50 other classmates; I attended for continuing ed, but wanted my degree. Good instructors, campus, curriculum, and most of the credits transferred. Now I am at University of Phoenix, where the curriculum is also challenging.
