Network Admin The first problem was credit transfer. An associates in Comp Sci and just shy of a Bachlors in Nuclear Engineering were insufficient for first year algebra. They would not commit to credits for industry certifications nor permit challanges to courses. They gave credit for a 3rd year network class but not its 2nd year prereq. Found myself in classes where 1/4 could not write a coherent paragraph & another 1/4 could not write a sentence. You pay thousands for a course in how to use the college, info readily available to anyone using the website. Courses were canned and presented by cheerleaders. They "lost" $5,000 in payments, went to collections, I had to have my bank prove payment had been made on time.

Transfer Credits The school had an OK curriculum, but my transfer credits were disappointing, and some of the classes that should have been replaced by transfer credits were a complete waste of money and time. That being said, I found most the teachers to be informative, and got what I could out of the course work.

Mike Great School Great teachers best experience I have had at any school. They have one of the best online portals that I have seen anywhere and I have since graduation helped some local universities design online degree programs. Clubs and Labs provide extra learning for life I had some teachers that where easy some where tough and I even had a Professor that would hardly pass anyone I spent as much as 30 hrs a week working on homework in some classes. Many people think there are no tests but depending on the program you will have finals and sometimes weekly tests. I have posted a comment on this page that goes into greater detail about my experience but I wanted to rate the overall experience here. I think that they are pioneers of the online experience they just do it right with the wonderful support and clubs library I thought it was excellent.

BS in Software Engineering I based my decision to tackle the classes online due to the fact that I work full time, and do not have a brick and mortar campus close by. the material in the classes is definitly applicable to my career goals, but ompleting my bachelor's degree in 15 months was definitely a challenge. It takes alot of planning and dedication to be able to complete the coursework-there's no hand holding here!
