Expensive and there is no guidance

i took one semester and quickly realized that this university teaching staff has not crawled out from behind the desk in 15years. Of course papers and exam are expected. but who does a 8-10 page paper every week along with 10 chapters to read plus discussion. And all of this with minimum to no guidance in fact when I would ask questions I would either not get feedback or some answer that didnt make sense ...
