I am just finishing my undergrad in HCM with Franklin and have been taking online courses with them since 2002. I will have to say that I am very confident in the content of the curriculum. This program is extremely challenging and each course normally requires 15-20 pages of researched material per week spread over 3-4 assignments. I have found the instructors and professors to be sympathetic to real-life challenges and willing to assist you with meeting deadlines in any way that they can. The support staff, specifically the Student Services Assistants are absolutely fountains of knowledge and are well-connected in the school. The assignment deadlines and the grading policy are somewhat rigid, however, I have been able to have assignments accepted weeks after the due date when I had problems beyond my control (i.e. hospitalization, etc). Franklin is a great school and the Health Care Management program will be worth the effort.
