Promoted! Thanks Grantham! 20 yrs of experience is worth about as much as a degree from Grantham. How do I figure that. With just a degree I would need almost 20 yrs experience to get the job I had without a degree. To get the promotion I need both. Having ...

I completed my Under Grad degree in July 09; I started my degree back in 2006 so that’s not too bad. Over all Grantham is a great school for the money. I too had three student Reps over the years, but people move on to better jobs so I understand. ...

MBA program
March 28, 2009
I just started my MBA with Grantham and have not encountered any problems to date. The class work is time consuming because I put in the time to read and research. I also have noticed that the class average grade is about 15 points below mine which is an A ...

Okay the books are in fact real text books, the same ones you would find in a real school. That is about the only thing you could use to compare Grantham University to a real school. Sorry Mr. Macon it just sucks! I am now starting over and going for ...

I like these people support staff checked up on while deployed and offered assistance. I have nothing but good things to say about Grantham

I like GU. They staff helped me on weekends and late hours of the night with answering questions. I think folks with problems need to learn how to elevate them to the right folks. I have nothing but good things to say about Grantham

I'm a current GU student and I have nothing but good things to say about the school and it's staff. Keep up the good work.

Nothing but problems. No response back and the support is horrible.

I love Grantham U. I will be graduating with a bachelor's in business administration in June and have had only two bad experiences. Once it took an instructor two weeks to respond to me but this was due to what I was told was a death in his family. I have had no other problems with him or any other instructors giving prompt and helpful responses. The only other problem I had was with my degree being rescended. I was awarded an associate's degree, but because the person in charge of my files was fired and took all of her work with her, there was no record of my last proctored exams. Beacause I am careful about who I choose as a proctor, my proctor still had the email when she sent the files and was able to resubmit them to Grantham. My degree was reinstated immediately and I have had no problems since. No school is perfect, and I admit being only nationally accredited has some downfalls, but overall my experience has been great. I would not change a thing. Also, Grantham has been making changes to can obtain regional accreditation. In addition, there a several schools who will accept Grantham's credits. So please don't be so quick to rule them out as a good online university. Still, what works for one person won't always work for another so just make sure you look into things completely. I did and am pleased with this school.

I have worked at Grantham and been a student here for the past four years. I came up to Missouri with the University after Hurricane Katrina. We had some rough times then, but the Missouri Dept of Ed has been wonderful and really helped us with our standards.
The thing I appreciate about online schools is that they are youthful and current on keeping up with the best learning methods and technology. sometimes traditional schools ignore older students or consider their needs as an afterthought.
Both Regional and National accreditation are equal in the eyes of the Dept of Ed and online schools are becoming more accepted with traditional schools. I will be proud of my Grantham degree.
It is difficult to change, but I have truly seen Grantham become a better school over the years. The charges which are made about fleecing military students is so wrong! If you met Tom Macon, you would know how sincere he is about helping our military and Veteran students to get their degrees in spite of the difficulties with deployment and lack of funds. I love helping our military students and so do my coworkers.
The school is emphasizing more interaction with teachers and students and I have high hopes for the new ANGEL program.

I am currently enrolled with Grantham on my first semester. So far, i have had two SRP. The classes are not bad but I could use instructors that I could talk to on a regular basis. My current SRP, answers my questions immediately but the other day I asked her about the other universities that accept my credits and it's being three days, no answer.

I don't think I will be enrolling next semester. I am a hardworker and want my degree to be taken seriously.

Just Completed my BSBA with Grantham in July 09, I started in 2006 so that’s not too bad. I have gone on to Post University MBA program; this college did accept my credits from Grantham. Post being one of the best colleges in the country says a lot about Grantham credits. I too had three student Reps, but people quit or move up so I understand. My student Reps I did have always helped me so that’s a plus in my book. The instructors are very good and got back to me all ways within a day or two. I only went to Post MBA program because of less course work and I think a better program over all. Grantham is a better school than many think or have written about. Since getting my BSBA from GU I have moved up to management.

I'm currently in Grantham and only have 3 classes to finish my degree. I've been looking into universities to go to for my MBA...been a little frustrated. Many universities don't accept non- regionally accredited degrees. I had found 3 schools I wanted to attend, all three said no because Grantham is only nationally accredited. This is something you may want to look into.

Besides that, I've enjoyed the classes. The staff have been nice.

Good school-clean out the Progress Reps October 12, 2009 at 2:49 p.m.

I have been a student at Grantham for about six months now and I must say that it is a very challenging school. The instructors are very tough and they cut you no slack. American Military University is an easy school compared to this University. The textbooks are very good and in good shape. All work must be submitted on time as any other college. The most trouble I have encountered with the school is the progress reps. This entire department is the worst I have seen all the way up to their boss Danielle Coup. It is harder to re-enroll in more classes that it is to start your first classes. I was so frustrated with them that I was trying to find an email address to the President of the school. Sometimes you think that you are enrolled in a class, only to find out that they didn't get you enrolled. If Grantham had the quality of Progress Reps that the University of Phoenix online has then they could double their enrollment. If the University ever gets these departments under control and cleaned out then it will be a smoother ran school. As far as everyone talking about how worthless their degree is, then I only sat that it is not all about the paper, it is about how you sale yourself. This is why this University is such a military friendly school, we bring experience and a degree.

Grantham is horrible NO INSTITUTION seems to accept their credits. It is a waste of time, money, and effort. They pretend to be "military friendly but they are not." They just enjoy taking our Tuition Assistance. Every school I have been to have not accepted this crap many people have not even heard of this school. It makes me so upset that people are trying to get an education and this school doesnt tell you all the facts they are just so interested in getting you enrolled so by the time you have so many credit hours and try to transfer you end up going back to them so you dont have to start over. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE WHERE IF NEED BE YOUR CREDITS CAN TRANSFER. 2 THUMBS TO THE GROUND FOR GRANTHAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

KAY October 13, 2009 at 5:28 p.m.

Also be aware they probably hired reps to post good things on here about Grantham such as "grantham is great" "I just love Grantham". Well let me tell you from experience IT SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
