The Student Affairs Master's Degree is a 48-semester-hour program that prepares individuals to work in a variety of student affairs offices in colleges and universities. The program curriculum includes significant supervised practice course work and blends class-based, fieldwork-based, assistantship-based, and independent learning experiences.Students can complete the program in two years on campus or three years using distance education (the Internet). Three courses must be taken in traditional classrooms: Group Dynamics (COUN 515), Techniques of Counseling (COUN 533) and Multi Cultural Counseling (COUN 666).
