Not ready for online program I enrolled in one of online classes in this university. From registration through withdrawal it was hassle. Instructor did not participate in any of class discussions AT ALL!! I attened some other online classes and by far this was the worst. Simply, this university is not ready for online delivery of classes.

Fantastic Program I have been enrolled in this program for four years and now in the process of completing the dissertation. I can't express how pleased I am with the course content, teaching style (for most of the professors, not all) and philosophy of program delivery. This is a great value and I am definitely the better for the experience, plus, I've been able to keep my job while finishing the degree. It is *not* easy, but I wouldn't want it to be. Of course I don't think it's as hard as an MIT or equivalent, but it is certainly a life changing experience and one that is very positive. The worst part of the program is the early guidance and administrative support. You are expected to "figure out" a lot of the logistics, which is not possible in many cases. As a result you end up relying on current and former students who know the ropes a little better... in the end, this is actually a good thing, but very frustrating as you're going through it.

Outstanding This is quite possibly the best online program in HRD on the net. The material and academics far exceeded my expectations and I was able to easily use this degree program to change careers. I am now a training manager for a major corporation. I would highly recommend ISU's online programs
