I am Kaplan student as well as Kaplan employee. 
Things which I like about kaplan

1. Materials
2. Technology

Things I do not like

1. Student Quality
2. Some of the professor are not good, they will not contribute or provide feedback

I get 75% employee discount so for me it is not expensive compare to what I am getting. If you are self learner, kaplan is great but if you prefer lectures then honestly online MBA are not for you. I have learned from my classes but I may have done that from any class. I cannot compare to any other institution as I never attended them.
