They totally ripped me off. I went there for one semester entirely online. paid the tuition in full before i started, got a 3.75 GPA, went to enroll for classes for the next semester and they tell me that i owe them 5000+ dollars because they decided to classify me as an out of state residnt. i called so many times beforehand asking them about this and they said it was all set, i was all paid, instate, and everything. and then boom, they hit me with this. i tried to fight it and they said that i was supposed to contest the out of state residency before i started. EVERY ADVISOR will tell you something differet, they really don't care about the student at all. They dont want to be inconvenienced with student issues, dont interupt their day might as well be thier motto. DON'T GO TO NAU UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE GREATLY RIPPED OFF AND NEGLECTED BY FACULTY AND STAFF!!!!
