This certificate program helps to prepare students for a wide variety of service roles in day and residential child and youth care systems, preschools, Head Start centers, and other child and youth service settings, family planning, and family health and welfare agencies. The programÂ's ultimate goal is to improve the quality of planned services for families from varied backgrounds and community settings.
