I'm half-way through the MPS HRER graduate program at Penn State University. As with any school, you are going to have great instructors, and instructors that are just okay. I've only been disatisfied with one professor. Overall, I am very pleased with the education that I am receiving online, and feel that the instructors are well qualified, with Phds, laws degrees and in many cases both.
