    An excellent certificate program taught by professors who are highly respected in the field of gerontology and are conscientious about working with students to ensure they have a full grasp of all materials presented.  The course delivery system is user-friendly, and the support provided by the UW Outreach staff is always provided quickly and courteously.  I received my certificate in March 2010, and would have loved to go on to the UW Master's in Gerontology if it were only available online.
