The highly, competitive, 60-credit-hour doctorate program is for educators in both public and private settings who are committed to being local and national leaders in the field of education. The program is designed to facilitate the learning styles of adults and to provide a collaborative community for higher-level thinking and problem solving. Our Ed.D program offers seven cognate areas: K-12 School Leadership, Higher Education Administration, Staff Development/Adult Education, Educational Pschology, Special Education, Distance Education and Christian Education Leadership.

The doctorate program in Educational Leadership at Regent University is tough . . . and worth every ounce of blood, sweat and tears. If you want to BUY a degree, don't go to Regent . . . you will have to earn your degree here . . . and you will never regret it. The Christian foundation of this program is the main reason I selected Regent. I was not disappointed.

I found the Regent EdD program to exceed my expectations. I needed a program to meet my work demands without relocating. The professors were excellent and provided real-world assignments. I highly recommend Regent as an institution and the EdD program specifically.

I completed my Doctor of Education with Regent University in 2007. The University, instructors, technology and support are amazing. Years before, I completed my Masters at Regent and always felt as though the University and professors cared about me, as well as my academic pursuits.
