Description
The College of Applied Science and Technology/Center for Mult-disciplinary Studies offers an online learning version of its popular three-course certificate in basic quality. This management-oriented certificate program teaches the "nuts and bolts" of a quality organization, and prepares you to introduce quality concepts to your organization. Developed in cooperation with industry, the courses can help you develop a total quality management environment to combine the theory and practice of statistical quality control with leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving concepts and skills. Individual courses and/or the certificate may be applied to appropriate degree programs such as the BS in applied arts and science. Students must achieve a program GPA of at least 2.0 in order to be certified.
