Students will develop the highly demanded critical thinking skills evident in effective leaders and learn how to foster and sustain a value-based organizational culture for sound ethical & socially responsible practices. You can earn your MBA online in as little as 18 months. The courses are offered in either 10-week online term or 5-week online term which includes an executive summer weekend. Completing the GMAT is not required.

Consider this, for an MBA to have some creedence and acceptability in the working world, it should be accredited by AACSB, this progam does not have this accreditation. This program is exactly what I was looking for. An MBA in Leadership is exactly what is missing in today's business marketplace...and this program is a great fit.
