I will be graduating from St. Leo this May 2010. I will be getting my Bachelors in Criminal Justice and I am applying for the graduated program. I think this is a wonderful school. I loved the curriculum and I highly recommend it.

I got my criminology degree from Saint Leo and I am going back to get my Master's Degree from them in the same field. They were great and I have no complaints other than it was expensive, but ALL online programs are expensive. I also went to the campus and watched one of the basketball games when I visited Florida a few years ago.

I have enrolled in their MBA program online, and so far the enrollment process has gone exceptionally well. I will post more after I start my first class.

I am in the process of enrolling into the B.S. in Computer Information Systems and have nothing but great things to say about the enrollment process so far. The enrollment adviser is not pushy but very helpful. They have a military discount which makes the tuition $250 per credit hour. I also received a $200 book store credit since I am active duty. I plan on leaving a more detailed review once I am enrolled into the program and have taken some classes.

You could try calling aunrod to your local CPA firms to see if they are looking to bring on any part-time help. This will most likely be easier in Dec/Jan since it will be tax season. If you can't find a CPA firm that needs your help, think about taking the class (or you can try to test out) for H R Block. The tax experience will help on your job hunt once out of school.I am also a new' accountant (meaning I just got my degree 2 years ago) and haven't seen any part-time jobs in the accounting field in the places I have looked. My husband is in the Coast Guard, so am currently in Mobile, AL but have also worked in Portland, ME and Charlotte, NC. I would love to have a part-time job since I have a 2-year-old but I'm overqualified for bookkeeping and I haven't found anyone else that needed a part-time accountant.Once you are out of school and can do full-time, you may move right into the Staff Accountant type role or start at Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable and work your way up from there. You should apply for all I really hope that helps!!!

Frankly, I chose the MBA parogrm at CCU because I understood that it would be an in class environment. My primary considerations were that it be a challenging MBA parogrm that encompassed all the courses that would be considered important by businessess. Additionally, the fact that I was promised a convenient place for completion in an in class environment with a small group of students that would more or less follow the entire course together. I should not diminish the fact that God was an integral part of the study, this dimension put the parogrm above the norm and added much to the study. How can we study Leadership without God in the classroom? As it turns out, my emphasis and Capstone course were required on line. I must say that the on line courses were not as educational, engaging or inspiring as the in seat classes. In the in seat classes, I was able to learn from fellow classmates and the instructor as well as the written material. The insights from classmates and intructor were much more educational than the written material. All in all, my offering here is not in the spirit of the question, but I would never have chosen an on line MBA.

I recently finished my B.A. degree with a concentration in Management at one of the centers. My overall experience with St. Leo has been postive. Like most programs, the instruction value varied with each instructor. Simply said, some were good, others not so much. I would highly recommend this school, especially to working professionals who are trying to balance, work, school, and home life.
