This program is for anyone who wishes to develop or enhance professional skills in instructional technology. Our graduates are headed for, or already employed in, careers in public and private education, corporate or military training and performance technology, and educational and instructional multimedia and product development. Our students come from a variety of settings including education, business, the military, and media production. Courses provide information to the participants in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of performance problems.
