I wrote a brief review last May when I was about mid-point in this program. I had positive comments then and they've only gotten better.

I'm a second-generation MASCL student from my organization (hi Darci!) and our third student (hi Angela!) is currently in the process of enrolling.

What I love most about this program is that it's based on real human values. Sure, you learn theory and you put in a lot of reading and writing time, but most of all, you really get a chance to share interpersonal beliefs and approaches toward leadership. 

If you have an intuitive sense of what leadership should and can be, and you know that people really want to feel connected to their leaders and their organizations, then this is the program for you.
