I was in the last class at Troy thsat received a Masters Degree M.Ed at Troy in June 2006.  The program changed after I received this degree.  I am not able to access information from Troy due to the holidays.  Can someone help me with this information. Was the Program I finished my M.Ed also a non-certification program?  Please respond.
