Review:
I came across the ULC Seminary by accident on the Internet and have been most impressed by it. Clearly, if one is seeking qualifications to assist one in gaining employment or preferment, then it is not the route to follow ( and, surely, there are few people who are likely to fail to appreciate this), but as a community of seekers after knowledge it does deliver the goods and provides a wide range of good value courses at very low cost. If desired, one need not part with any money as the website provides many resources gratis in addition to the opportunity for ordination which the ULC has offered for nearly 50 years, incidentally long before the advent of the Internet which now, of course, plays a part in ULC operations as it does with any other world-wide institution. Ordination, however, is not dependent on the Internet but is actually verified and recorded at the ULC's physical HQ. There is always a caveat emptor element in these matters but I feel that the ULC deserves a rather more considered review than the two words 'Degree Mill' followed by a string of exclamation marks which says rather more about the reviewer than the ULC Seminary, perhaps.
