Description

This program is a 9 week pharmacy continuing education certificate program that will be available entirely online. Enrollment will be limited to 25 pharmacists. The course will be taught once per year in the spring. Pharmacists will be able to complete the entire course at a distance. No on-campus classes will be required although an optional anticoagulation clinic visitation/experiential rotation will be available to participants. Faculty will be available to participants via synchronous and asynchronous virtual office hours. Forty contact hours (4.0 CEUs) of continuing credit will be awarded to those pharmacists who successfully meet the course requirements.
