The E-business E-commerce Online Certificate Program runs 9 weeks, which includes an online orientation. The program will begin with an orientation to familiarize the participants with the online environment, the discussion forum, site navigation, and create personal profiles. The program consists of 6 modules, and each module will be available for ten days. Upon acceptance into the program, each participant will receive 6 CD-ROMs; one for each of these 6 modules. These professionally produced CD-ROMs will allow you to be a part of the classroom audience during key segments of each Instructor's presentation. Over 72 minutes of "live" instruction is included in the CD-ROM format.Participants will have to spend approximately 15 hours per module working on the program, including the recommended readings. Participants will have to complete a multiple choice, self-evaluation quiz at the end of each module to test their understanding of the concepts.The asynchronous online format provides flexibility as to when and where participants access the coursework, interact with the materials, their classmates and instructor. Participants are required to log on to the course a minimum of 6 times per module, but as discussions develop, you will probably log on more frequently.
