My degree is in progress (Bachelors in Psychology), and I have to say that I was skeptical at first about UOP. But once classes began, ALL my skepticism was erased! This is HARD WORK!! There is NO WAY that this is a "diploma mill".. if it were, how would there be a failure rate??? 

Like the one before about high raters being liars.. how did he bottom out if this place is fake? I believe that person feels like a victim and they are upset because they didn't apply themselves and dropped out. 

With everything in life, you get out of it whatever you put into it.. this goes for EVERYTHING in life. So for these people that cannot handle the rigorous studies, the papers, working with others and end up dropping out because its not as easy as they think, they will quit everything else as well.. Once a quitter always a quitter.
