With 15 hours from the University of Minnesota under my belt, I found the switch to a virtual environment, due to relocation/promotion to another state, to be even more challenging. I could no longer rely on an instructor or teammates to spoon feed me information I may have missed through a live lecture. I believe the UOP presents an added skill which drives the need for the ability to think abstractly. The UOP experience cultivated communication skills that reach beyond the traditional board room.
