This program is offered through the Department of Teaching and Learning at Virginia Tech and is specifically designed to meet the needs of practicing professional educators as they confront the increasingly important role technology is playing within local, state, and national educational systems. Individual professional experiences are highly valued and will form the basis for most of the projects developed throughout the program.

A great school overall

Great program overall. Though it is very expensive if you live out of state. In state tuition is good though. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone with an interest in instructional technology. The real benefit of the program is that it is from a well known university, the courses are fairly flexible, and covers a lot of topics in a wide range of courses.
