The issue in this review is about a bridge-course costing unexpected money.  The review was written in November of 2008 and the start date of the reviewer was September of 2008, so the reviewer could not have actually experienced anything other than the introduction quarter; which only covers APA writing style and planning out the PhD structure (PDP Plan).  

So, this review was not about the program;rather a complaint about a $1,500 charge.
