Scam - Will not return calls after taking my money

My situation is very similar to everyone else's except I never withdrew from classes. I was actively trying to pursue my degree and Warren National stopped answering their telephone or responding to emails. When I ran out of classes I had no choice but to stop actively continuing in my studies. I did finally receive an email from Andree Swanson in August telling me to be patient, after a year of absolutely no contact. I have contacted my Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. I want a full refund. If anyone has any further advice or guidance as to how to continue this it would be much appreciated.
