Granted 45% of PhD for life expereince and I thought it was nice general continuing educatiobn quality with current textbooks and materials.  No instructor involvement.  Just read the book and take the exams.  My employer would not accept it as an educational credentail, but did pay for a portion as self-study CPE.  Do not recommend putting this on your CV.
