The marketing concentration is appropriate for students interested in marketing products, services, political candidates, people and ideas. It includes profit-making and non-profit making institutions. In addition to specific marketing topics (e.g. Services Marketing, Marketing Research), students are expected to gain a sound education in math, communications, computers and studies such as psychology, sociology and ethics. With the growth in global markets, students also need to understand international marketing and cross- cultural differences.Students develop individualized degree programs suited to their needs and interests, and meeting the expectations of the concentration. Students can also earn college credit for life and work experience through ESC's prior learning assessment process.
