I spent 3 years working on an Masters in Public Administration at FGCU.  In the last year I began work on my Capstone project (similar to a thesis).  My Capstone Project Advisor strung me along for two semesters, then halfway through the third and what should have been my final semester decided he was a "first reader", not an advisor, it wasn't his job to help me, and he quit. My Capstone Project Reader, who claimed to be an expert in ethics, went along with quitting mid-semester.  The dean of the department said nothing.  The Ombudsman of the university ignored my actual complaint, quitting professors, and was very selective in what information he would consider in order to find the professors in the right.

I later published the project in a peer-reviewed journal. 3 yrs of graduate study, 3.8 GPA, published research, but no degree. 

As far as I can tell the faculty and administration are completely without ethics.
