I believe you get out what you put in. I am in my last semester at CSU, and it has been a difficult journey. The coursework is no joke. You have to study every week, as you are tested every week. I received my Associates from a traditional local college. ...

Safety and Occupational Health

I am taking the Safety and Occupational Health program through CSU. It is a great advantage to be able to do this on-line, since I am employed full-time. I can fit the course work into my schedule. I have a BS and MBA degrees through other institutions in regular settings. ...

Great school
March 11, 2009
I have been a student of CSU for the past 6 months, and I have completed 3 courses. I must admit that I was skeptical at first, but I am pleasantly surprised by how much I am learning. I am really glad.

USAF

I just wanted to say how good CSU has been to me. I am an active duty member of the USAF and because of the AU-ABC program offered by CSU they transfered all of my military credits from my CCAF Associates degree into a BS! I am now on my ...

I graduated with my PhD in Occupational Safety and Health Engineering from CSU back in July 2000. The experience was a once in a lifetime. The education I obtained was priceless and the staff was always there for help.I decided to pursue 2 MBA,s as well through CSU and graduated in 2003 and 2004. The MBA's were paid through my employer at that time and I am very pleased to say that this education has helped me in so many ways. I strongly recommend this University to anyone who has a desire to succeed and the drive to accomplish their dream. The one thing I can tell you is, it is not easy, even though you study at your own pace, you are the one who has to buckle down and stay with the programs. There is alot of reading, writing and studying involved, but in the end the accomplishment is worth it. As far as I am concerned, CSU is a great educational institution that offers great programs with great people behind it. Thank you for changing my life and career!
Dr. Joyce Brothers said once: "In each of us are places where we have never gone, only by pressing the limits do you ever find them." I say, CSU will help you find them!

Is there an online school that provides a PhD in Occupational Safety and Health Engineering? I am currently in the masters program at CSU and want to get my PhD after I graduate.

Any ideas and help you can offer?

Thanks.

Would you choose to earn your DBA from CSU or North Central University. I need someone to give me a honest opinion.

Nick

Definitely go with CSU. Forget Northcentral. North Central requires 81 credits as opposed to only 61 at CSU. Plus CSU has good faculty. Although NCU is accredited by both DETC and regional, it could take as much as four years to complete a degree there. At CSU you could probably finish (I assume you have a Masters that could transfer in) in two years. Let's face it - the earlier you earn the degree the quicker you can start earning more and using it.
