Yes, the enrollment materials aren't very clear but it's up to the student to call and get answers. I was harassed for money I did not owe. Every day I got different emails and phone calls charging me for money that I did not owe. Each day the amount that I owed was different. Wow. It seems to me there's a lot of whining going on here. First, let's address the reason each and every one of us use online education. It is for convenience.
