I love Ashford University
January 6, 2013
I am now in my last year at Ashford University (I only had to attend two years because they accepted all of my credits from previous schools), and I must say that thus far, it has been a challenging but enjoyable journey. I have attended other on line schools as well as on campus schools, and I must say that what I have learned from them does not compare to what I have learned at ...

I know one student who i reported almost two weeks ago for plagiarism. I sent them links to every discussion in two classes and concrete proof she plagiarized. Including links to the websites she copied from. She did it in about 8-10 discussions in two classes. I have a third class with her and she is doing it again. In fact she did it two weeks in a row. My friend reported her again this ...

I wrote another review but wanted to add information about this particular major. I just graduated with my BA in Early Childhood Ed. from Ashford! I am currently applying everything I learned in a large (250 children) Child Development Center as an Assistant Director. I am really prepared to run this large center and use the knowledge to help the teachers effectively run their classrooms. Ashford is a great school with many professors that want ...

This is my second year at Ashford University, and I must say that it has been challenging to say the least. You must be very committed in your studies; and it would help if you do not have an extremely busy schedule (Which unfortunately, I do) because the curriculum is rigorous and you would need plenty of time to study. I actually took online classes because I thought that it would offer the flexibility that I needed to further my education, but boy was I wrong. I received all A's on my assignments (which was not easy because I had to write a 10 page report every 5 weeks); however, it is very difficult for me to turn my work in on time because of my schedule; and this in turned has affected my GPA, because points are taken off for late work. Also, I am concerned, because through my research, I have not found many graduates stating that they are successful because of the degree that they have received from AU. Also, I read that AU is a private for profit school, and they have lost some accreditation; so now I am wondering if all of this HARD work would be in vain because my degree here would deem to be worthless. Graduates of AU, tell me what you think because I love what I have learned thus far, but I do not wish to waste time.
